Yana Fird

Yana Fird is a seasoned quality engineering professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Since October 2018, Yana has held the position of Director of Quality Engineering at RingCentral, following a significant tenure at QIAGEN as Senior Software Engineering Manager - Quality from November 2010 to October 2018, where Yana led a team of 20 in quality assurance strategic planning and software testing. Prior to that, Yana served as Software Engineering Manager for Development, QA, and Lab Operations at IBM from November 2000 to November 2010, overseeing global quality assurance in a complex multi-tiered environment. Yana began the career as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at IOWN.COM in 2000. Yana holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Polytechnic University in Ukraine.
