Jennifer Jones

Jennifer Jones is an accomplished artist and educator with extensive experience in teaching drawing, painting, and various art disciplines. As a Professor at Ringling College of Art and Design since August 2018, Jennifer instructs first-year students in drawing and painting while also offering courses in illustration and fine arts. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as a Department Chair and Associate Professor at Navarro College, where responsibilities included sponsoring the Art Club and teaching a range of art courses. Jennifer's teaching experience also includes time as an adjunct faculty member at the University of North Texas and roles in exhibit coordination at the Thomasville Cultural Center. Academically, Jennifer holds an MFA in Painting/Drawing from the University of North Texas, along with a BFA in Studio Art from Baylor University, and has participated in specialized programs at Animation Mentor and the New York Film Academy.
