Andrew Knowlton, P.E. is a seasoned transportation manager at Rinker Design Associates, LLC, with a career spanning over a decade in various engineering roles. Since December 2014, Andrew has led a team of transportation engineers, focusing on the design aspects of highways and roadways, including geometry, drainage systems, and maintenance of traffic. Prior experiences at Kiewit as a field engineer and engineer-estimator involved significant contributions to notable construction projects, such as the Midtown Tunnel and the Goethals Bridge Replacement. Andrew's earlier roles as an intern at Weeks Marine, The Louis Berger Group, and the Maryland State Highway Administration provided foundational engineering skills, culminating in a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia Engineering.
