Julien Lim

Julien Lim has held various leadership roles in the mining and finance sectors, currently serving as the Rhodes Ridge Joint Venture Manager at Rio Tinto since January 2015, while also acting as Principal Advisor for State Agreements and previously managing joint ventures for Hope Downs and Bao-HI Ranges. Prior to this, Julien Lim established a consultancy focused on Finance and Business Development services from November 2012 to January 2015 and contributed as a Finance Trainer for BHP Billiton's 1SAP project. Julien Lim's extensive experience also includes significant positions at Ernst & Young as Senior Manager in Assurance, and at BHP Billiton, where responsibilities included the migration of financial reporting systems and integration planning for iron ore businesses. Julien Lim holds a Graduate Diploma from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
