Deborah McCrimmon is a litigation attorney with a focus on complex commercial litigation, trademark and copyright litigation, employment litigation, internal investigations, and consumer class actions. Deborah has extensive experience in intellectual property litigation, particularly in matters related to trademarks, trade dress, copyright, Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and unfair competition. Prior to their current role as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Ripple, Deborah held various positions at DLA Piper, including Of Counsel. Deborah holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of California, Davis.
