Prior to this role, Sally held positions in various organizations, including Human Resources Business Partner at Helix Education, HR Manager at Alorica, and Talent Acquisition Director at UniversityNow, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management and Strategy from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Utah. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits management, Sally exhibits a strong commitment to enhancing organizational performance through strategic human resource practices.
