Chad Ploski has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the manufacturing and operations sectors. Starting in 1993, they worked in various retail store positions before transitioning to outside sales and production roles at Strathmore Products. At Riteks, Inc., Chad held positions as Operations Manager & Business Manager Industrial Solutions, Director Of Manufacturing, and currently serves as the VP of Protective Coatings & Manufacturing. Chad also held the role of Vice President of Operations at Strathmore Products, overseeing operations at multiple locations and handling responsibilities such as budgeting, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance. Throughout their career, Chad demonstrated a strong focus on operational efficiency and leadership in various capacities.
Chad Ploski attended Onondaga Community College from 1995 to 1997, obtaining an Associates degree in Criminal Justice. In 2013, they also obtained a certification in NACE CIP at Level 2.
