Matthew Luyber

Matthew Luyber serves as the Chief of Staff at Ritual since June 2023, where responsibilities include acting as an Executive Business Partner to the CEO/Founder and President, managing calendars, and partnering on special projects. Prior experience includes an Associate role at Gray Scalable, providing support for the VP of Executive Search for high-growth startups, and a Coordinator position that involved executive search and technical recruiting. Matthew also held positions as an Executive Assistant at Moxie Artists Management and The Green Room - Talent Management, supporting C-suite executives and maintaining relationships with numerous clients. A founding member of Abstract Artists, Matthew played a crucial role in launching the company and overseeing a merger with The Green Room. Matthew's educational background includes studies at Webster University and Regent's University London.
