Charles Scanlon is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on system engineering and quality assurance within the automotive and micro-mobility sectors. Currently serving as a System Engineering Manager at Rivian since September 2019, Charles leads a team in developing requirements for power conversion products and their integrations. Prior roles at Uber and Faraday Future involved enhancing fleet quality and driving quality systems for powertrain assemblies, respectively. With earlier experience at Tesla Motors in vehicle field quality, as well as various engineering internships, Charles has developed a robust skill set in systems management, quality engineering, and process improvement. Charles holds a degree from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, completed in 2014, and has also contributed to student organizations and projects throughout the academic career.
