Vaiva Uryzaj

Vaiva Uryzaj currently serves as the Director of the AI, ML, and Data Practice EMEA at Riviera Partners, a firm dedicated to placing executive leadership talent in critical areas of technology. Prior to this role, Vaiva Uryzaj spent nearly a decade at Calibre One, first as a Research Associate, then as a Senior Associate, and ultimately as a Principal, specializing in executive search for digital technology firms globally. Vaiva Uryzaj holds a First Class Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management with Human Resources from Royal Holloway, University of London.
