Thuy Nguyen

Thuy Nguyen, Ph.D., currently serves as a Sessional Lecturer at RMIT University, teaching courses in project management. Prior experience includes positions as Learning Designer and Lead Learning Designer at Keypath Education, where notable achievements include leading the development of Melbourne Business School's online MBA program. Thuy co-founded the Toa Tau Creative Learning Hub and LEAD Consulting JSC., focusing on training development and operations management. Previous roles also encompass a Senior Training Specialist at Target Sourcing Services and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin, where contributions to NSF-funded research projects were made. Thuy's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Instructional Design/Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Adelaide.
