Brittany Keith (Emerson) has worked in the culinary industry for several years, starting as a Pastry Chef at woodfire grill. Brittany then progressed to roles such as Baker, assistant pastry chef, Pastry Cook, and currently holds the position of Accounting Clerk at Road To Responsibility, Inc. Brittany's experience includes working at Mirbeau Inn & Spa and Pain D'Avignon a different kind of bakery.
