Road To Responsibility
Jing has been with Road To Responsibility, Inc. (RTR) since 2005. As Vice President of Human Resources and part of the senior management team, Jing is responsible for creating workforce strategies, employee retention and organizational development.
Jing is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA).
She earned her Master of Business degree from the University of San Francisco.
