Nykole Smith began their career in 2013 as a Cognitive Skills Trainer at Learning Rx and a Specialist at Apple. In 2015, Smith took on two roles at Now Here Education, as an Event Coordinator and a Life Coach. In 2017, Smith became an Independent Business Owner at Royal Treatment. Finally, in 2018, Smith joined Roadie as an Account Manager, and later became an Account Manager Lead, where they managed and maintained relationships with select Enterprise Senders, developed processes, checklists, and trackers, and oversaw day to day deliverables specific to service level agreements.
