Trevor Doran has over 18 years of experience in engineering recruitment, currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at Roc Search since August 2012, where responsibilities include overall management and growth of the Engineering Division. Trevor has held various roles at Roc Search, including Regional Director and Senior Manager of the Engineering Division, overseeing a wide array of engineering placements across sectors such as Power, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, and Automotive. Previously, from November 2004 to August 2012, Trevor worked at Huxley Associates as the Engineering Recruitment Manager for the South of England, managing a team and catering to notable engineering firms. Trevor holds a degree from The University of Manchester, completed between 2003 and 2005.
