David P. Wick is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Associate Vice President for Research & Assessment and Research Professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology since August 2012. David has held various leadership positions in research and assessment, including Assistant Vice President roles and Director of Assessment and Research Management. Concurrently, David is an Adjunct Research Professor at Clarkson University and has a long tenure there as an Associate Professor and Director of First-Year Physics. David's expertise includes directing several initiatives in STEM education and laboratory management, particularly in physics. David obtained a PhD and MS in Physics, as well as an MS and BS in Mechanical Engineering, all from Clarkson University.
