Kristen Klacking

Kristen Klacking has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kristen started their career as an intern at Doner Advertising in 2008 before taking on the role of Marketing Coordinator at The Lodge Grill and Bar for a brief period. Kristen then worked as a Traffic Coordinator at Team Detroit from 2008 to 2010, where they later became a Junior Project Manager. In 2010, Kristen joined Ivie & Associates, Inc. as an Account Coordinator and later became a Supervisor, Client Services. Kristen then joined Rockbot in 2012, initially as a Customer Success Manager before being promoted to Sr. Customer Success Manager in 2015. Additionally, Kristen has also contributed their skills as the Director of Volunteers for MSU Stars for the Make-A-Wish Foundation from 2005 to 2008.

Kristen Klacking attended Michigan State University from 2004 to 2008. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Communication Arts & Sciences with a focus on Advertising.
