Jerusa Diaz is an experienced IT Talent Sourcer currently employed at DEPT® and Rocket Insights, where responsibilities include drafting recruitment communications, collaborating with hiring managers, and creating talent pools. Prior experience includes roles as a Digital Talent Sourcer at Media.Monks and Talent Sourcer at MightyHive (now part of Media.Monks), alongside earlier positions in bilingual reception and teaching English in corporate settings.
