Thomas C. Finlayson Jr.

Thomas C. Finlayson Jr. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public service and education. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in the Criminal Justice Department at Rockland Community College since September 2012, Thomas brings extensive knowledge from previous roles, including Lead Authenticator for Major League Baseball from 2006 to 2013 and a Lieutenant at the New York City Police Department from July 1984 to September 2009. Thomas holds a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Inspector General from John Jay College (CUNY).
