Alicia Chenhalls

Alicia Chenhalls is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in corporate HR management, talent acquisition, and immigration processes. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant with Global Detroit and an Executive Consultant with Rodan + Fields, Alicia has previously held senior positions at Yanfeng and Marelli, overseeing strategic procurement and talent acquisition activities across multiple business units in North America. Other notable roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Metalsa and HR Manager at Grupo Antolin North America, where Alicia managed HR functions for up to 130 employees, facilitated immigration processes, and implemented talent development programs. Alicia holds a BS in International Studies from Northern Michigan University and has studied US/Mexico relations at Universidad Iberoamericana.
