Nathan Debar

Nathan Debar is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and strategic planning across telecommunications and financial services sectors. Currently serving as VP Finance and CFO at Rogers Bank since March 2024, Nathan previously held the role of Director of Capital Management at Rogers Communications, where responsibilities included managing a $4 billion corporate capital budget. Prior experiences include finance roles at Telecon, where Nathan supported financial goals for the US division and managed project governance for turnkey programs, and at Vodafone, where Nathan delivered financial analysis and support for multi-million pound technology investments. Nathan holds a CIMA qualification and a degree in Business Management with Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
