Joy Mamer

Joy Mamer is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure analysis and system administration. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst at Rogers Communications since May 2023, following the acquisition of Shaw Communications where Joy held a similar role from May 2007 to April 2023. Proficient in VMware, Cisco UCS, and various storage and backup systems, Joy has contributed to process development through collaboration with the ServiceNow team. Previous roles include call coordination and Unix analysis at CCSI Technology Solutions, onsite system administration, and UNIX system administration at various GE IT Solutions sites. Joy also has a background in pharmacy system support management and custom medical application support, complemented by ongoing professional development in VMware, Cisco UCS, Red Hat Linux, and a Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Calgary.
