Jaime Williams started their work experience in 2007 as a Sales Coordinator at Fidelity Investments, where they provided sales support for a team selling mutual funds. Their responsibilities included managing calendars, organizing industry events, and preparing sales reports. In 2010, they moved on to Rogers Sports & Media as a Marketing Solutions Sales Coordinator, supporting the Sales team by developing sales packages and organizing reports. They later took on the role of National Account Manager, where they were responsible for developing relationships and promoting advertising campaigns. In 2016, they became the Creative and Strategy Lead for Elevate, and in 2023, they transitioned to the role of Sales and Strategy Lead for Elevate at Rogers Sports & Media.

Jaime Williams attended Michael Power St. Joseph High School from 1998 to 2002. There, no degree or field of study was specified. Following high school, from 2002 to 2006, Jaime pursued a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Finance and Administration at the University of Western.
