Aishwarya Bakshi

Moloy (Aishwarya) Bakshi is a seasoned software and data engineering professional with extensive experience in leading data infrastructure and analytics initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Rokt since July 2019, Moloy has previously held senior roles at the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation and MedicalDirector, where responsibilities included managing data engineering teams, migrating data processes, and implementing cloud-based solutions. With a strong foundation in data analysis and metadata management gained from positions at IAG and a background in IT consultancy at ChemCert, Moloy holds advanced degrees in Management Information Systems from UNSW and Computer Software Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
