Nick Whipple

Nick Whipple is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Rokt since May 2021, Nick previously held the same title at Ziff Davis from 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included leading complex negotiations and conducting M&A due diligence. Prior to this, Nick worked at the Office of the New York City Comptroller from August 2015 to July 2019 as Senior Court Representative, supervising a team on litigation strategies and acting as a liaison among City agencies. Earlier experience includes serving as an Attorney at Law at Renzulli Law Firm, LLP, where litigation duties spanned all phases of contract, tort, and product liability cases. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wesleyan University and a Doctor of Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
