Brendan Dillon is an accomplished game industry professional with extensive experience in operations and production. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Romero Games Ltd. since October 2022, Brendan previously contributed as a Director of Studio Operations and Director of Production at Demonware from October 2007 to September 2022. In addition, Brendan held a Board Member position at IMIRT - The Irish Game Makers Association from January 2020 to December 2023. Early in their career, Brendan worked at Nephin Games and Starcave Studios, where Brendan developed mobile games for high-profile clients. Brendan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Galway.

We hang out together, game together and support one another at work and in our independent projects. Romero Games is founded by a Cherokee and Yaqui Indian as well as a female tech leader. This is reflected in our games and in our company culture.
