Robert-Thomas Jones

Robert-Thomas Jones, M.S., currently serves as the Training and Field Manager at the Roosevelt Institute, overseeing training delivery, curriculum, and the development of student leaders while fostering relationships with over 45 academic institutions. Prior to this role, Robert-Thomas held various positions at Texas Woman's University, including Assistant Director and Leadership Consultant, where responsibilities included managing the student life office, budget oversight, and coordinating recruitment and training initiatives. Robert-Thomas has experience as a Senior Academic Advisor at Dallas County Community College District, providing guidance to students, and demonstrated expertise in Greek Life and leadership programs during tenures at Pace University and The University of Texas at Arlington. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from Miami University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Elon University.
