Kausalya Shanthi Kumar

Kausalya Shanthi Kumar is a software quality assurance engineer with experience at Rootcode and Skapp, where skills in software testing and quality assurance are applied. In addition to engineering roles, Kausalya actively contributes to the Sasnaka Sansada Foundation as a volunteer and language translator and serves as Deputy Pillar Head. Memberships in IEEE, IEEE Women in Engineering, and UWU Women in FOSS Community demonstrate a commitment to professional development and advocacy for women in technology. Leadership experience includes serving as Head of Community at Trash for Trade. Kausalya holds a Bachelor of Industrial Information Technology Honours from Uva Wellassa University and is pursuing Chartered Accountancy through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. Further education was attained at K-AIMS Business School and St Anne's Convent.
