Audrey VIOT is a seasoned professional in industrial and project management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Global Excellence Leader at Roquette since March 2022, Audrey previously held the position of Responsable Performance Industrielle Usine at Laboratoires SARBEC, where responsibilities included implementing MES tools and defining performance indicators. Prior roles encompass managing product industrialization and process optimization at Laboratoire SARBEC, leading energy auditing and feasibility studies at LYSEIKOS, and overseeing significant engineering projects at ENERTION. Audrey began their career with roles in education and engineering design, having earned a degree as an Ingénieur Généraliste from ICAM in 2007.
