Delphine Desrumaux

Delphine Desrumaux serves as the General Counsel at Roquette since October 2008, leading a global team and focusing on strategic investments, M&A projects, governance, and family office matters. Desrumaux's initiatives include redefining the legal function's operational framework and enhancing the relevance of the Legal Group within the organization. Previously, Desrumaux held the position of Head of Legal, overseeing compliance with sales policies and restructuring distribution networks. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Lawyer at SODIAAL, advocating for B2C regulations and managing intellectual property portfolios, and as a Lawyer at Siemens, improving sales policies and conducting internal audits. Delphine Desrumaux holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Competition Law from Université Grenoble Alpes.
