Maria Tkacheva has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and communications, with a focus on the armored vehicle industry. Maria started their career at INKAS Group of Companies in 2014 as a Marketing and Communications Specialist, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Roshel Smart Armored Vehicles as a Marketing and Communications Manager, before being promoted to Vice President in 2018. Currently, Maria holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Roshel Smart Armored Vehicles, starting from June 2022.
Maria Tkacheva obtained a post-graduate certificate in Corporate Communications from Seneca College between 2013 and 2014. In May 2017, they also received the Communication Management Professional (CMP) certification from the International Association of Business Communicators.
