Jacob Letarski

Jacob Letarski is an operations manager and editor with extensive experience in sports editing and customer service management. At RotoWire since May 2013, Jacob oversees daily customer service operations and serves as the managing editor for NCAA Basketball while also contributing as an MMA editor. Jacob's background includes a role as a sports editing intern where reporting was conducted across various media platforms. Prior to RotoWire, Jacob worked at Famous Dave's of America as a server, focusing on customer satisfaction, and at Little Caesars Pizza as an assistant manager, supervising a small team and managing customer complaints. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Hispanic Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
