Grant Shuck is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering and implementation consulting. Currently serving as Principal Implementation Consultant and Implementation Engineer at Route 101 Ltd. since January 2020, Grant specializes in deploying transformative Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions. Prior to this, Grant held various roles at Genesys, including Senior Network Engineer and Network Engineer, focusing on the maintenance of cloud contact center platforms and Cisco datacenter environments. Grant's career began at Interactive Intelligence, where responsibilities evolved from Associate Systems Engineer to Senior Systems Engineer, encompassing technical mentorship, troubleshooting, and customer support. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks from Birmingham City University and a BTEC National Diploma in Networking and Systems Support.
