Emma Duma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and customer success management. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Manager at RouteThis since October 2019, Emma specializes in project managing strategic implementations of Wi-Fi applications and product solutions for ISP and Smart Home clients, focusing on enhancing customer experience and driving revenue growth. Prior to this role, Emma spent over 12 years at Rogers Communications, advancing through various positions, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Post Sales Support Corporate Manager, where a strong emphasis was placed on improving customer retention and leading teams effectively.
