Rob Vallis has a diverse work experience, starting from 2009 with their role as a Brand & Strategy Intern at Cancer Research UK. After completing their internship, they joined Sky, where they worked in various positions, including Sales & Marketing Graduate Programme, Product Marketing Executive for Sky Cinema & Sky Store, Product Marketing Manager for Sky Broadband, Senior Product Marketing Manager for Sky Broadband, Marketing Controller for Sky Broadband, Proposition Lead for Sky Mobile, and eventually became the Head of Commercial - Sky Mobile. In 2020, they joined NOW as the Head of Customer Retention before moving on to their current role as Customer Director at ROXi, starting in September 2021. Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated their expertise in customer retention, commercial leadership, and product and proposition development.
Rob Vallis pursued their education starting from 1998 to 2004 at Dr. Challoner's Grammar School. Rob then proceeded to the University of Nottingham from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Business Management. In 2009, they enrolled at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing and completed a Professional Diploma in Marketing from 2009 to 2011.
