Prior to this, Ian held multiple positions at Rio Tinto Iron Ore from April 2010, including Mine Operations Manager and Mine Operations Superintendent. Ian's educational background includes attendance at Calthorpe Park School in Fleet, Hampshire, England, from 1982 to 1983.
