Prior to this role, Nick held the position of Technical Account Manager and Support Engineer at Ticket Team from December 2009 to March 2018, focusing on resolving complex issues related to software and hardware and implementing software solutions. Earlier experience includes working as an Account Manager at Hedera Kantoorefficiency and Solar A/S. Nick holds a degree in Small Business & Retail Management and another in Business Mathematics & Computer Science from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, as well as an MBO in International Wholesale Account Management from Nova College.
