Caroline Stewart has extensive experience with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) spanning over two decades, currently serving as Superintendent - Operational Lead for Federal Policing Transformation, where strategic planning and resource allocation have been enhanced through the Federal Policing Prioritization Process. Previous roles include Superintendent - Director of Operational Intelligence, managing intelligence-sharing networks, and leading advanced police training for law enforcement. Caroline has a strong background in crisis negotiation, forensic interviewing, and oversight of major crime investigations. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services - Police Studies from Georgian College and a degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University.
