Joanne Rigon

Joanne Rigon is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director General of Compensation at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police since October 2018. Prior to this role, Joanne led two projects as the Acting Director General of Learning and Development for the Government of Canada from 2017 to September 2018. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Administrative and Commercial Studies from Western University and studied at the University of Victoria from 1994 to 1997.
