Wade Chase has an extensive career in law enforcement, serving with the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service since July 2006, where roles have included Detective Chief Inspector, Detective Inspector, and Major Incident Room Manager. Additionally, Wade Chase has been a Leadership & Management Training Facilitator at the Portfolio of the Civil Service since August 2022 and holds a position as Cadre Tactical Firearms Commander for the City of London Police since May 2017. Wade Chase's expertise as a Technical Investigator was developed through involvement with the National Technical Investigators Association since March 2011 and earlier experience as a Criminal Investigator with the Royal Barbados Police Force from January 2000 to July 2006. The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) is a single, national police service with a unified command structure. It is an unarmed service, with an armed response capability, that is mandated by statute to deliver the full range of police services across the Cayman Islands. Founded in 1907, the RCIPS has 390 police officers, 43 specialist staff and 63 civilian staff, who serve the nearly 70,000 people who live on the islands, as well as the approximately two million people who visit each year.
