Laila Farooq-Marziano

Laila Farooq-Marziano has extensive experience in human resources, primarily at Royal Mail from September 2011 to December 2021, where roles included Head of HR, Senior HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner. In these positions, Laila was instrumental in partnering with senior executives to enhance organizational capabilities and deliver business targets, while leading transformational and cultural change initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as an Audit Associate at Deloitte, providing support in the audit of financial statements. Laila holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London, completed in June 2011, and a High School Diploma from William Morris Sixth Form.
