Heather Psaltis

Heather Psaltis currently serves as the Executive Director of Schools and Special Programs at RPS 205, a position held since July 2020. Prior to this role, Heather held the title of Director of Special Programs at Rockford Public Schools from September 2015 to July 2020 and was the Education Director at Spectrum Progressive School of Rockford from May 2003 to August 2015. Earlier experience includes working as a Consultant/Assessment Specialist for Admissions at Keith Country Day School and serving as the Resource Center Director at Boylan Catholic High School. Heather Psaltis earned a PhD in Educational Leadership from Capella University and an MSEd in Special Education K-12 from Northern Illinois University.
