Larry Strausbaugh is an experienced Quality Control Manager with a robust background in managing construction quality across various projects. Currently employed at BL Harbert International LLC since March 2019, Larry oversees quality control on a project at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Maryland. Prior to this, Larry has held several positions as Quality Control Manager at RQ Construction LLC, Caddell Construction Co. Inc., and Coakley Williams Construction, where responsibilities included overseeing the construction of significant projects such as the Seawater Reverse Osmosis Treatment Plant and numerous military facilities. Larry holds an Associate's degree in Printing Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, earned between 1968 and 1971.
