Kyle Outlaw

Kyle Outlaw is an accomplished senior principal at RQM+, a leading MedTech service provider since September 2018, leveraging over 40 years of regulatory expertise to support market access for medical devices and diagnostics. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at BD as Senior Manager of Advanced Quality Engineering from June 2015 to May 2018, and at Siemens Healthineers as Senior Manager of Quality Engineering from April 2013 to June 2015, overseeing quality assurance and risk management for numerous projects. Earlier positions at Johnson & Johnson included managing New Product Development Quality Engineering and process validations, contributing to the successful launch of safe and effective medical devices. Outlaw’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management from Penn State University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Manufacturing Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
