Sean Fredericks

Sean is responsible for the commercial operation, business transformation, strategic direction and growth strategy across the region, improving customer satisfaction, supplier engagement, sales effectiveness and operational excellence, and developing the brand to grow its base of industrial and electronics customers. Throughout his career, Sean has undertaken international assignments across continents, with majority of his time in senior executive roles in the APAC region. Ahead of joining RS, Sean was regional VP for Johnson Controls and prior to that regional MD for Parker Hannifin, both based in Singapore.
