Hailey Knight serves as the Human Capital Director at RSM since March 2023, following a tenure as Principal at Mercer from January 2018 to March 2023, where responsibility included developing innovations in consulting solutions for flexible working and leading significant multi-year engagement programs for one of Canada’s largest banks. Previous roles include Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Slalom Consulting and Manager of People Advisory Services at EY, focusing on HR transformation and change management. Early experiences encompass internships at Coralbridge Partners and Monar Consulting, where project management and leadership training were key responsibilities, as well as research roles at the University of Western Ontario investigating self-esteem in children with autism. Hailey holds a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Neurology from Western University.
