Lauren Hilton, CSM, ACSM, CSP-SM, CSPO, ICP-ACC

Lauren Hilton has extensive work experience in the field of agile project management and business analysis. Lauren currently serves as a Scrum Master at RTS Labs, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ECS as a Senior Scrum Master from June 2019 to September 2021, where they successfully coached multiple Scrum teams and facilitated agile ceremonies. Before that, Lauren held the position of Lead Business Analyst/Scrum Master at both EDSI and STG Inc. Their responsibilities included coaching and advising the Business Analyst Teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and decomposing functional requirements. Lauren also worked as a Systems Analyst at CGI and a Business Analyst/Scrum Master at Access Systems Inc. Their strong expertise in Scrum methodologies and business analysis makes their a valuable asset in project management and team development.

Lauren Hilton, CSM, ACSM, CSP-SM, CSPO, ICP-ACC, has a strong educational background in business administration and management. In 2010, they began their higher education journey at Strayer University-Maryland, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Lauren completed their studies in 2012.

Prior to their time at Strayer University, Lauren attended Germanna Community College from 2004 to 2006, earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lauren has also obtained several professional certifications throughout their career. Lauren holds the titles of Certified Scrum Professional - Scrum Master (2022), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) (2020), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) (2017), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (2017), all from the Scrum Alliance. Lauren is also an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (2021).

Lauren's commitment to continuous learning and professional development extends beyond Scrum and Agile methodologies. Lauren has also attained certifications as a Certified SAFe 4 Agilist (2019) and a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist (2020) from Scaled Agile, Inc.
