Bianca Salas

Bianca Salas, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Associate Director of Cyber Business Operations at RTX, previously held the position of Manager of Professional Services Project Management for Public Sector at Palo Alto Networks from February 2017 to July 2025, where Bianca built and led a high-performing PMO team, generated significant revenue growth, and initiated various operational efficiency programs. Throughout a diverse career, Bianca managed numerous projects, established training programs, and garnered multiple accolades including the Professional Services Award for Outstanding Project Manager of the Year in North America. Bianca's background also includes ownership of Liberty Cleaning Company, project coordination at Aerowave Technologies, and service in the US Navy as an Operations Specialist, where key leadership and operational improvements were achieved. Bianca holds an MBA specializing in Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from DeVry University.
