Katy Humphries

Katy Humphries is an accomplished professional in the field of total rewards and retirement benefits, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Total Rewards at RTX since May 2023. Previously, Katy held the position of Sr. Manager for Global Retirement Benefits & Compliance at Expedia Group from May 2019 to October 2022, and served as Sr. Manager of Global Pensions at Amazon for a brief period in 2018.
