Peter Gundersen serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Global Trade at Raytheon Technologies, a position held since April 2020, where leadership of the International Trade Compliance function is primary. Prior to this role, Peter Gundersen was Vice President and Counsel for International Trade & Compliance at United Technologies from November 2015 until the merger with Raytheon in April 2020. Peter Gundersen also led the International Trade Compliance organization at Pratt & Whitney, a UTC division, from September 2006 to November 2015. Earlier in the career, Peter Gundersen worked as a Senior Attorney for the Federal Aviation Administration from February 1995 to September 2006, overseeing regulatory enforcement and contracts. Educational qualifications include a law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Public Communications from Syracuse University.
